• Male / Female 23 years old above (single preferable).
• D3/ S1 from reputable college/ university in any major degree.
• Fresh graduated/ overseas graduated are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent computer and communication skill.
• English or Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Fast learner, mentally and physically strong.
• Business minded, Money oriented and Career priority.
• Self initiative and motivated in their duties with high responsibility.
• Good appearance, presentable image and highly confident.
• Strong personality, very creative and proactive.
• Able to work professionally, in high speed/ efficiently, under hard pressure and very flexible in time (able to work over time).

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Qualified Assistant Business Manager should be able to help Business Manager do every single job task that has been daily arranging as their duties and reports to Business Manager as well. They should be potential, sensitive, detail in business field or industry and have an excellent communication skill in any level of society and very presentable image (formal).
• Maintain data (list of appointment and meeting schedule) and do proper filling as well for Business Manager.
• Arrange Business Manager’s daily schedule for list of appointment.
• Take over and handle business appointment while needed.
• Arrange Business Manager’s daily schedule for list of meeting.
• Fully in charge in daily meeting with Business Manager.
