We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Coordinator for our Indonesia Representative Office, located in Sanur, Bali. This is a wide-ranging role that encompasses all aspects of managing the day-to-day administrative needs of a small but busy office, including providing some assistance to the company accountant.

ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR (BALI)

This position would be suitable for an individual who possesses:

* A degree or diploma in administrative or secretarial studies, or a related field.
* Significant experience in an administrative, secretarial or personal assistant role.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Customer and/or Supplier liaison experience.
* Advanced MS Word and Excel skills.
* Strong organizational skills and a high level of discipline.
* A pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities.

The ideal candidate would also have;
* Accounts experience (Receivables/ Payables).
* Some exposure to computerized accounting applications (ideally MYOB).
* Cash handling experience.
* Experience with expatriate working permits and company regulatory compliance issues.
* Previously worked within a small team and a multi-national environment.
